What is viprSubChnlStatsInOdometerCellCountLoA?
This OID stores the low 32-bit counter of odometer cells received on a routing interface, completing the 64-bit total when combined with the high counter. Engineers use this alongside the high counter to get an accurate picture of total ingress cell volume on the subchannel. If this counter rolls over while the high counter increments, it means over 4 billion cells have been received on that connection.
