What is viprSubChnlStatsInCellCountHiB?

This high-order counter tracks incoming ATM cells on the physical (ATM/Frame Relay/Bridge) sub-channel interface. Network engineers use this to monitor raw data ingress on the physical link and to differentiate between routing and physical traffic. A hi count of 2 indicates that 2 × 2^32 cells have arrived at the physical interface so far.
