What is viprSubChnlStatsInCellCountHiA?

This is the upper 32-bit counter for ATM cells arriving on a routing-table (rt) sub-channel from an external connection. Network engineers monitor this to verify that inter-device communication is working and to establish baseline throughput on dedicated circuit links. A value of 5 in the hi counter means 5 × 2^32 cells have been counted in the upper range.
