What is viprSubChnlStatsCellsDroppedB?
This OID counts the number of cells dropped on the incoming side of the B-interface (Integer32 read-only). Engineers monitor this to detect congestion, buffer overflow, or link quality issues affecting ingress traffic on that subchannel. If this counter increments by 100 cells during a 10-second span, congestion on the B-interface is occurring.
