What is viprSubChnlShutDwnWarnTmr?
This timer controls the frequency of error messages during the subchannel shutdown sequence. Engineers tune this to get helpful feedback without being overwhelmed during maintenance windows. For example, setting it to 5000 flashes error messages every 5 seconds while the channel is shutting down.
