What is viprSubChnlFrSustainedCellRate?
This read-only OID stores the Frame Relay sustained rate expressed as ATM cells per second, allowing engineers to see how the CIR maps to ATM SCR. Network engineers check this metric to understand the relationship between Frame Relay and ATM parameters when traffic crosses between the two technologies. For example, a Frame Relay CIR of 256 kbps might show as 50000 cells/sec in ATM terms.
