What is viprSubChnlDisableReason?

This read-only OID reports why the subchannel is currently in the unlocked-Disabled state. Engineers check this when a channel goes down to understand what went wrong. For example, it might return hardware-failure (value 1) or configuration-error (value 2) to guide troubleshooting.
