Description: Sustained cell rate, in cells per second, this will reflect the frame relay parameters in atm terms.

What is viprSubChnlAtmSustainedCellRate?

This OID stores the Sustained Cell Rate (SCR) in cells per second, which defines the long-term average transmission rate below which the connection should operate most of the time. Network engineers configure SCR to enforce normal-case bandwidth consumption separate from peak rates, enabling multiple connections to share available bandwidth fairly. For example, SCR of 70641 cells/sec (about 20% of a 353207 PCR) represents typical sustained traffic load.
