What is viprStatsPacketsTxLo?

This OID holds the low-order 32 bits of the 64-bit transmitted packet counter, complementing viprStatsPacketsTxHi to track all traffic leaving the VPN device. Monitoring both counters together gives accurate long-term transmission statistics without losing precision to counter overflow. A reading of 300000000 in the low counter means approximately 300 million packets in the least significant bits of the total.
