What is viprStatsPacketsTxHi?
This OID contains the high-order 32 bits of a 64-bit counter that tracks packets transmitted from the VPN device to the backplane. Network engineers inspect this counter to measure total outgoing throughput and detect if the device is successfully sending traffic. Paired with viprStatsPacketsTxLo, a value of 1 in the high counter represents a huge number of transmitted packets.
