What is viprStatsPacketsRxLo?

This OID holds the low-order 32 bits of the 64-bit counter that tracks good packets received from the backplane, used together with viprStatsPacketsRxHi for full-precision counting. When monitoring long-term throughput, you check both high and low counters to avoid losing data due to 32-bit counter rollover. If the low counter reads 500000000 and high reads 1, this represents the bottom 32 bits of an enormous packet count.
