What is viprStatsIPInAddrErrorsLo?

This lower counter portion tracks the same IP address validation errors for consistent counting on high-speed links. Rising numbers here could signal that internal routing tables are wrong, or that a misconfigured host is flooding the network with packets to nonexistent addresses. A count of 200 indicates 200 packets with bad destination or source addresses were dropped.
