What is viprStatsIPInAddrErrorsHi?

This counter records the upper portion of how many IP packets contained invalid destination or source IP addresses. Network engineers use this metric to catch routing misconfigurations, spoofed traffic, or misconfigured VPN endpoints sending data to bad addresses. A value of 1 means the interface encountered at least one IP packet with an invalid address.
