What is viprStatsExceedAal5CellsLo?
This lower 32-bit counter (in a 64-bit counter pair) tracks the same AAL5 cell-count overflow condition on high-throughput ATM ports. An operator watches this metric to spot sustained cell transmission errors that might affect voice or video traffic. If this counter reaches 100, it signals that 100 cell groups arrived with mismatched lengths relative to their AAL5 padding.
