What is viprStatsArpProtoRxLo?

This counter holds the lower 32 bits of incoming ARP packets, completing a 64-bit total count for high-volume traffic measurement. You'd check this during troubleshooting when devices can't find each other's MAC addresses, or to baseline how much broadcast traffic your network generates. For instance, a lo value of 1,500,000 indicates roughly 1.5 million ARP requests at that point in time.
