What is viprStatsArpProtoRxHi?
This counter tracks the upper 32 bits of the total number of ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) packets that arrived on this interface. Network engineers use ARP counts to verify that address resolution is working and to detect ARP storms or spoofing attacks. A value of 10 in the hi counter combined with a lo value means that 10 × 2^32 plus the lo value equals your total ARP packets received.
