What is viprIntfOperStatus?
This read-only OID shows the current operational state of the interface as determined by the X.731 state machine. Monitor this value to detect if an interface is truly working or experiencing hardware/link failures. Example: 'down(2)' indicates the interface is not operational, either due to a broken link or administrative shutdown.
