What is viprIntfAdminStatus?

This OID controls the desired administrative state of the interface using X.731 state machine values. Engineers adjust this to bring interfaces online, take them offline for maintenance, or lock/unlock them for troubleshooting. Example: set to 'up(1)' to bring a configured interface into active service.
