What is viprArpHwAddress?

This OID contains the 6-byte hardware (MAC) address corresponding to a particular ARP table entry. An engineer uses this to verify that MAC-to-IP mappings are correct and to detect spoofing or configuration problems. For example, 00:11:22:33:44:55 is the actual physical network card address for the IP stored in the corresponding ARP entry.
