What is vbrVbrPvcStatsOdometerTimer?
This reads the elapsed time in seconds since the cell counters (odometer) were last cleared, stored as a 32-bit integer. Network engineers use this timestamp to correlate traffic bursts, errors, and performance issues with specific events in the device log. If the timer shows 86400 (exactly 1 day) when you check your notes, you know the odometer was reset at midnight.
