What is vbrVbrPvcStatsOdometerReset?
This is a write-able control with enumerated integer values that lets you manually zero out all the VBR cell counters and reset the timer. A network operator resets this before starting a performance test or capacity measurement to get a clean baseline from a known point. Writing a value of 1 (reset command) clears all encode and decode counters and sets the timer back to 0.
