What is vbrVbrPvcStatsOdometerCellsEncodedLoB?
This tracks the low-order 32 bits of the total cell count encoded on the VBR side B connection, completing the full 64-bit counter with the high-order portion. Sysadmins compare this with side A counters to detect asymmetric routing or one-way link failures in dual-path ATM networks. If side B encodes 100 million cells and side A decodes only 50 million, a link is probably down or misconfigured.
