What is vbrVbrPvcStatsOdometerCellsDecodedLoB?
This tracks the low-order 32 bits of the total cell count decoded on the VBR side B connection, combining with the high-order portion for the full 64-bit count. Combined with the high-order counter, it allows continuous monitoring of receive traffic even over days of continuous operation. After a week of operation, if low-order shows 2000000000 and high-order shows 10, the total received is about 43 billion cells.
