What is vbrVbrPvcStatsOdometerCellsDecodedLoA?
This tracks the low-order 32 bits of the total cell count decoded on the VBR side A connection, used together with the high-order portion for the complete count. Together with the high-order counter, this lets you monitor complete cell throughput on redundant ATM links even when traffic exceeds 2^32 cells. If the low-order counter wraps around from 4294967295 to 0 while the high-order counter increments by 1, that's normal; any gap indicates lost cells.
