What is vbrVbrPvcPeakCellRateB2A?

This OID sets the maximum burst speed (in cells per second) for VBR traffic flowing from B to A, allowing brief traffic spikes in the reverse direction. Engineers configure this independently from the A2B rate because the two directions might serve different services with different burstiness patterns. An example value might be "8000" cells/second for the return path of a video conference.
