What is vbrIfStatsTimer?
ACMIB::vbrIfStatsTimer shows the number of seconds since the last statistics reset on a VBR interface, ranging from 1 to 899 seconds. This tells you how long the current measurement period has been running and helps contextualize whether you are seeing normal traffic or unusual behavior from recent changes. For example, a timer value of 100 means the VBR statistics have been collected over the last 100 seconds.
