What is vbrIfStatsCellsEncodedLo?

ACMIB::vbrIfStatsCellsEncodedLo stores the lower 32 bits of incoming cells to the VBR interface and must be read with the high-order value for completeness. Network engineers use this to monitor variable-rate traffic patterns and detect when burst traffic exceeds contracted thresholds. A low-order value of 1.2 billion with matching high bits shows roughly 1.3 billion cells received from external media.
