What is vbrIfStatsCellsEncodedHi?

ACMIB::vbrIfStatsCellsEncodedHi stores the upper 32 bits of incoming ATM cells received from external media on a VBR (Variable Bit Rate) interface port. This counter tracks how much bursty inbound traffic is arriving on a VBR service, which is useful for confirming the interface is within contracted limits. A high-order value of 300 million combined with the low portion indicates roughly 1.3 billion incoming cells.
