What is vbrIfStatsCellsDecodedHi?

ACMIB::vbrIfStatsCellsDecodedHi stores the upper 32 bits of outgoing ATM cells transmitted from the VBR interface port to external media. This counter measures how much bursty outbound traffic is being sent and helps confirm you are not exceeding the contracted variable bit rate. A high-order value of 200 million shows roughly 860 million cells leaving the VBR interface to the external link.
