What is vbrAtmSpvcVccSusCellRateB2A?
This configurable setting defines the target sustained rate in cells per second for return traffic from side B (ATM) back to side A. Engineers use this to guarantee minimum throughput in the return direction and fairly balance bandwidth allocation across both directions of the connection. A value of 8000 ensures that replies and return data maintain at least 8000 cells/sec throughput from the ATM network back to local side.
