What is vbrAtmSpvcVccStatsOutCellCountLoB?
This OID stores the low-order 32-bit portion of the count of valid ATM cells transmitted on side B of a virtual circuit (Integer32). Network engineers monitor this metric to detect transmission failures or line quality degradation on the B side of the connection. A value of 1,500,000,000 cells transmitted indicates active data flow on the outbound B path, but if this counter stalls while the connection is supposed to be active, it signals a transmission problem.
