What is vbrAtmSpvcVccStatsOdometerReset?

This OID is a writable control that allows you to reset all lifetime traffic counters (cells encoded, decoded, transmitted, received) back to zero and restart the odometer timer. You would trigger a reset during maintenance windows or when you want to start fresh accounting from a specific point in time. Setting this control causes the odometer timer to begin counting from 0 seconds again.
