This OID records the low-order 32-bit portion of cells decoded on side A, which when combined with the high-order counter gives the complete lifetime decode count. Network operators use this for long-term traffic accounting and to detect asymmetric reception between sides A and B. A value of 500,000,000 indicates roughly half a billion cells have been successfully decoded on side A.
