What is vbrAtmSpvcVccStatsInCellCountLoB?
This OID contains the low-order portion of cells received on side B input for variable-rate circuits, which completes the count when combined with the high-order value. This allows operators to track total received traffic even when cell counts become very large. For example, a value of 350000 as the low portion adds to the total valid cells received.
