What is vbrAtmSpvcVccRestart?
This OID performs an administrative action to forcibly terminate an active SVC and immediately start a new connection setup procedure, or perform no action. Network engineers use this to recover from stuck connections or to force a re-negotiation when the circuit exhibits problems. For example, writing 'restart' to this object will disconnect any existing SVC and trigger the switch to send a new ATM SETUP message to re-establish the connection.
