What is vbrAtmSpvcVccPeakCellRateB2A?

This configurable setting (in cells per second) defines the maximum number of ATM cells the ATM network (side B) can send back to side A. Engineers set this asymmetric limit when the return path needs different capacity than the forward path—common for download-heavy services or asymmetric applications. A value of 20000 means cells can flow back at up to 20,000 per second from the ATM trunk to the local side.
