What is vbrAtmSpvcVccPeakCellRateA2B?

This configurable setting (in cells per second) defines the maximum number of ATM cells that can be sent from side A to side B on this connection. Engineers set this to prevent one connection from overwhelming the network or exceeding the remote equipment's forwarding capacity. A value of 10000 means the connection can burst up to 10,000 cells per second in the A-to-B direction.
