Description: Traffic Shaping Support in the A2B direction.

What is vbrAtmSpvcTrafficShapingA2B?

This variable controls whether traffic shaping (rate limiting and buffering) is enabled for all data flowing from side A toward side B on this SPVC. Network engineers enable traffic shaping to enforce bandwidth limits and smooth bursty traffic on links that are congested or oversubscribed. Enabling this feature ensures A→B traffic is limited to the contracted rate specified in the service agreement.
