What is vbrAtmSpvcStatsOutCellCountHiB?
This counter tracks the high-order 32-bit portion of a 64-bit total for valid ATM cells transmitted from the B side of the SPVC. Network engineers check this to verify that data is leaving the B endpoint correctly and to detect transmission problems. A value of 2,000,000 represents the high portion of the total cells sent from interface B.
