What is vbrAtmSpvcStatsCellsEncodedLoA?
This read-only OID stores the low-order 32 bits of a 64-bit counter showing how many ATM cells have been transmitted from endpoint A. Network engineers use both high and low portions together to get the complete cell count without overflow. For example, combining HiA=1 and LoA=500000000 gives a total of about 5.5 billion cells transmitted.
