What is vbrAtmSpvcStatsCellsEncodedHiA?
This read-only OID stores the high-order 32 bits of a 64-bit counter showing how many ATM cells have been transmitted from endpoint A. Network engineers combine this with the low-order bits to track total cells sent; this is necessary because 32-bit counters alone would overflow. When combined with StatsCellsEncodedLoA, the full counter represents the total cells sent from A.
