What is vbrAtmSpvcStatsCellsDecodedLoA?
This read-only OID stores the low-order 32 bits of a 64-bit counter measuring how many ATM cells endpoint A has received and successfully decoded. Network engineers combine this with the high-order bits to get the complete incoming cell count without integer overflow. If DecodeHiA=2 and DecodeLoA=1000000000, the endpoint received approximately 9 billion cells total.
