What is vbrAtmSpvcStatsCellsDecodedHiA?
This read-only OID stores the high-order 32 bits of a 64-bit counter measuring how many ATM cells endpoint A has received and successfully decoded. Network engineers use this to track incoming traffic and diagnose receive-side problems on the circuit. Combined with the low-order bits, it shows the total cells received at endpoint A since the circuit was established.
