What is vbrAtmSpvcRetryLimit?
This OID specifies the maximum number of times the system should attempt to establish the connection before giving up, ranging from 0 to 65535. Engineers set this to prevent infinite retry loops that consume resources on failed connections. Setting it to 10 means the system tries up to 10 times; setting it to 0 means keep trying indefinitely.
