What is vbrAtmSpvcRetryInterval?
This OID sets the number of seconds to wait before attempting to re-establish the connection after a failed call attempt, with a range of 0 to 3600 seconds. Engineers use this to balance between recovering quickly from transient failures and avoiding network congestion from repeated attempts. A value of 30 means wait 30 seconds between each retry attempt; 0 means retry immediately.
