Description: Release the connnection established on the endpoint and if the endpoint is Active, do not retry.
What is vbrAtmSpvcRelease?
This OID is a control command to immediately disconnect the circuit and if the endpoint is in active mode, prevent further automatic retry attempts. Network engineers use this to manually disconnect a problematic circuit that continues to fail. Writing this value forces the connection to close and stops the retry timer.
