What is vbrAtmSpvcPeakCellRateB2A?

This OID defines the maximum number of ATM cells per second that endpoint B can send toward endpoint A on the ATM trunk. Network engineers set this to prevent one connection from consuming all available bandwidth on a trunk. For example, setting this to 10000 cells/second means the circuit will never exceed that rate, protecting other traffic on the same trunk.
