What is vbrAtmPvcVccTrafficShapingA2B?

This enables or disables intelligent traffic shaping (rate limiting and buffering) for A-to-B traffic to smooth bursty data. Engineers enable shaping to prevent cell loss and ensure reliable delivery on congested links. Turning on traffic shaping means data bursts are delayed slightly and sent more smoothly, reducing dropped cells but adding latency.
