What is vbrAtmPvcVccSusCellRateA2B?

This OID stores the sustained (committed) cell rate in cells per second for A-to-B traffic on a VBR ATM circuit, guaranteeing minimum long-term throughput. Network engineers set this to provide QoS guarantees for applications that need reliable baseline bandwidth with occasional burst capability. A value of 3000 cells per second guarantees the application receives approximately 300 Kbps sustained throughput from side A to side B.
