What is vbrAtmPvcVccStatsOutOdometerCellCountLoB?

This OID tracks the low-order 32 bits of the total number of valid cells successfully transmitted on an ATM Virtual Circuit, used for billing purposes. Network engineers check this counter in combination with the high-order bits to get the complete transmitted cell count for accurate billing reconciliation. A value of 2,500,000,000 in this counter means 2.5 billion cells have been transmitted in the low portion of a potentially much larger total.
